1.1 Websites accessible on the domain www.phivio.nz, mobile applications, as well as all sub-sites available under this domain and in mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as "websites") are governed by these terms of use of websites (hereinafter referred to as "terms").
1.2 The website operator is the limited liability company Phivio s.r.o. with registered office at VBancíkovej 17007/1A, Bratislava, 821 03, IČO: 50 400 681, registered in the commercial register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, insert number 112579/B (hereinafter referred to as the "operator").
1.3 The operator operates the website and mobile applications using third-party services.
1.4 These terms of use are intended for all persons who visit the website (hereinafter referred to as "users") and regulate the rights and obligations of users.

2. Content of websites and their purpose
2.1 The website serves mainly to convey information about services related to body beautification, aesthetic interventions and procedures, medical interventions in the provision of health care and other services (hereinafter referred to as "services"), as well as opinions and personal experiences of patients and professional opinions and opinions of doctors , healthcare workers and other service providers. Websites also serve to mediate contacts between patients and service providers. The information on the website is intended for adults only.

Furthermore, the operator is not obliged to actively check the content of contributions and assess their plausibility and compliance with legal regulations, while allowing users as well as third parties to inform the operator of doubts related to the content of contributions at the email address mail@phivio.nz.
5. Liability of the operator
5.1 The operator is not particularly responsible for:
5.1.1 Continuous availability of websites and fulfillment and compliance with minimum system requirements for equipment and internet connection by users.

In case of violation of these principles, the operator is entitled to cancel the user's account immediately without the right to any compensation.
