The company Phivio s.r.o. collects, uses, stores and transfers various types of personal data, depending on the relationship of the person concerned with Phivio s.r.o. Also, Phivio s.r.o. collects and uses personal data that is necessary to ensure and provide our services to the highest standards and as efficiently as possible. Our company collects and uses the following types of data:

● Identification – name and surname of the person concerned, gender, date of birth, your interests and preferences,

● Contact information – postal code, village, street and house number, e-mail and telephone numbers

● Last but not least, we also record information about your state of health or your preferences that are relevant to the provision of our services.

We will always request your identification and contact data (e.g. phone number, e-mail, postal address) in connection with the performance of our company's activities.

Phivio s.r.o. collects your personal data in order to provide you with effective, high-quality and reliable services. If you contact us in connection with our services, any information provided, such as your identification data, email address, telephone number, as well as information about your health or preferences, will be used to address your needs. We have a legitimate interest in using this information to provide the services you have expressed interest in.

For marketing purposes, we process your contact data only on the basis of your consent, which you grant when registering on our platform. We use this data to inform you about news on the platform, interesting articles and the like.
